Biography

Nicos Nicolaides , the leader and founder of the orchestra, became well know in the Greek Community during his eight year tour of the most popular Greek Night Clubs of New York City, such as The Sirocco Supper Club, The Dionysus Club, Sabra East, Bimhampton Palace of Staten Island, La Pale Night Club of Brooklyn, Golden Dove, Gatsby's Club, and many other famous night spots of the New York Metropolitan Area.

In 1982 Nicos decided to form his own orchestra and become more involved in the wider Greek community by providing his services to Greek associations, Greek churches, festivals, conventions, weddings, baptisms, engagements, and every affair that required Greek music and Greek entertainment.

Nicos performes with his band all over the United States, including New York City, Albany, Schenectady, Atlantic City, Wildwood, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Boston, and even has loyal customers that hire the musicians for their affairs in Dallas, New Orleans, Corpus Christi, San Francisco, and Mexico City.

A customer who books the orchestra once, will always book it again and again for their future affairs. There are many customers, associations, and Greek churches that hire the orchestra two to three times per year for the past 20 years. This indicates consistently the satisfaction, trust, and professionalism of our orchestra. Keeping customers happy and 100% satisfied is the aim of our Greek band. We have been doing this for the past 20 years and will continue to do so as long as we are in the entertainment business.
